WTB: High end pe5-6 topwater combo. Ripple fisher, carpenter, MC works etc paired with a 14k stella or 5000h saltiga. Would also consider a old model 10k stella. Hit me up if you have anything available. Cheers Jeremy

Daniel K I would consider it if you were willing to lower the price as hunting and fishing are selling these for 1100 brand new at the moment :)

Sorry mate. 
The reel itself costs $1400 new. The line costs $200 new. Thats $1600. The reel has only been used for 20mins. I think $1100 from 1600 is a fair price considering. You should definitely pick one up from hunting and fishing if they're selling it $1100 though. Goodluck and happy fishing!

For anyone thats interested, Hunting and Fishing are having a big sale this weekend.. Just picked up a Saltiga 5000h for $1104. All shimano and daiwa reels are 15% off.

Still wondering if I should have got a stella 14k Wacko

Hi Kiwi D....Shame I didnt c your post sooner I have just decided to sell one of my Top water sets.. I have Stella 14000 loaded with Jerry Brown 80Lb hollow braid and a Carpenter Super Cobra Reserve power Rod suits lures to 150gr ...Want $1800.00 firm ..set.
Since I see you have Reel I may sell rod on own.. It has a small mark on bottom end of grip where some kind person removed it from a rod holder ..Barely noticable.. $950.This model was developed specifically for NZ King Fish amazing to cast.. If your interested..

Cheers guys I'm all sorted for now.. ended up with 2 sets in the end, an MC Works 814pd with a Daiwa Certate 4000 from Kel Vin Cha (JDM Fishing Tackle) and a BLC 83/21 courtesy of PE Pete. Both great dudes and fantastic to deal with :)

Might end up flipping the Certate if anyone is interested. Has an RCS Power knob. and is a pretty schmick little reel
