So this is the latest addition to the house, only used it a few times so far so still getting used to it. Makes awesome pizzas. Bought it for a grand kit set. Easy to build with all the instructions etc.
Oh what a smasher - two eggs and a rasher!

I got it from Brick & Cobble Factory, Bruce McLaren Road in Henderson. You can also buy them fully built for about $1900 I think. They are on trademe as well. www.brickandcobblefactory.co.nz

That looks awesome - well done mate.

Just remember that those ovens are not only for pizza. You can do some amazing roasts and other dishes in it, and the residual heat left afterwards in the oven is ideal for baking.

Yep, I’ve done a few roasts in there and also slow cooking when the temp comes down a bit. I’ve also cooked steak straight on the tiles on the bottom when it’s at full temp. It gets up to well over 400oC.
