It's good to finally be back out getting into the west coast tuna action, things are really starting to heat up out there, soo much life around!

Great video Coxie👍, on tuesday we went wide off Newplymouth in search of tuna, it was quiet, few birds searching for bait, water was green and water temperature only went to 17.5°,

I hear that albies are plentiful but still a bit far our from Raglan (90+ M). They'll be much close once this bad spell is gone.

Fishb8 - I know a few people that were picking up Albies off raglan in 40 to 55m, not in large numbers but they are definately out there.

We used to launch at Manu, head due west for the 50 metre mark and if we saw some birds near that mark, we knew we were in Albie Alley!
