Ive got an orra 4000 size decent reel shipped from the states for under 100 very nice in that bracket . Also have a soron 1000 the model previous to the orra its an absolute machine caught snaps to 28 pound and kings to 18 kilo on 6 pound braid they run like thirty us bucks on e bay and is a step above the orra

the pflueger patriarch 9535 would be perfect. it is light years ahead of those other 2 in a similar price range although more prone to corrosion

I have a Twinpower in that size and love it.  Plenty of grunt for such a small reel.

the pfluegers corrode if you don't wash them right after every trip

Ci4 is amazing technology.

I have a stradic ci4, amazing little reel... you wouldn't regret spending the $$
I also have a sustain, nicer again but higher price.

Love my CI4, don't know about the rest

just saw the post. Where do i start. the number one thing for me is that the handle feels so much better in the hand. The "i" knob over the "cone" knob anyday.
im currently using the 9530x and its like 179g so lighter than the ci4 but do agree the 9535x is a tad heavier than the ci4
there is less flex in the body being magnesium over the ci4 material
the bail arm being thicker is so much easier to open and close all day and there is a definate click so you dont cast with the bail arm slipping over
the spool is lighter so there is less start up inertia meaning less shock on the line, especially using 6lb braid or light mono. Carbon drags are awesome also in this regard
the reel is incredibly smooth, even atfer 2 years of heavy use. it does require to be cleaned after each use but all reels should be anyway. Think the pflueger looks better too but just a personal preference
a lot of the weight savings are actually through better materials but as carbon fibre handle, carbon fibre spool abor, titanium shaft, heavily ported spool etc as opposed to plastic parts

Shimano Sustain 2500. Ring around for it tho, got it for 100 bucks cheaper than anywhere else at the time (Levin hunting & fishing)
