Our Court of Appeal has a wonderful history of handing down unfathomable decisions. I think you get to sit on the Court of Appeal if you are not smart enough to make the Supreme Court bench.

Perhaps the sentence was not deemed to be harsh enough?
The guy sounds like a total fruitloop. Sounds like? Must be I'd say.
