the reason you wouldn't have heard about it on "one newz" Torsa was because it was caught in Aus.

Howdy
you guys have to see this it's huge.(Just for you Winga you talked me into it) this could be the biggest snapper thats ever been filmed on video being caught. Caught by Stuart Sluggett from near Mildura in Vic while fishing with Fuzzells Fishing Adventures on Saturday way out in the 30mt gutters where the buffalos roam. 36lb was ths 1st fish of the day then this monster came from a 4 way hookup which lasted a good 15 minutes of total mayhem. only 2 of the 4 fish were landed, 2 tangled each other & 1 was lost boat side while tangled & estimated to be in mid to high 30lb mark, the other on kept running & was bust off.
The initial weight of this fish was at 42lb but after checking the scales used to weigh it against 2 sets of salter scales & also doing a comparison with buckets of water at the local butcher shop with scales certified for trade use this fish weighed 44lb, yes 20kg. It is going to be mounted for all to see & once done will live on the wall at Hotel Arno for all to see.

wawawewaaaaaaaaa.
judging by the intro, this guy doesn't seem to realise this is the biggest snapper of all time, let alone the biggest filmed being landed. Na, I don't by it- I fish, therefore I lie. 34lb
