Staying at the uncles in Katikati at mo,

last two days been out and seen nothing,so with a big tides running I decided this morning to go right into the backwaters just as the tide was covering a segrass flat,
after a while I was loosing hope, so did one last drift along the flat edge, and there he was!
hooning around at pace, piper in panic,Tail in the air.

dropped my'Green piper crease' on his nose and BOOOM, fish on.

Hard core fight as he hed for a channel marker, slammedon the brakes and bent the hell out of the'Predater',

fired up the honda, and onto the sand for photo, kiss, and releaseLOL

That's all I wanted for XmasCool

nice work, mate. Hard work pays off in your game, and that's a corker of a fish in the shallows.
There is lots of ray and orca activity in one of your favoured local spots, your green-backed mates will be hanging around I reckon. Not sure about white butterflies, though. Big smile.
