Not telling you how to suck eggs, I hope, but I'll offer a note of caution that most true soft bait rods aren't designed to fish weights of 90-100g - more like 7-28/35g. And as Kaveman has pointed out here and in a few other threads, micro jigs are just that - small jigs. I don't think you'd get good performance out of a true soft baiting rod with 100g dangling on the end. In the soft baiting forum there is a good thread about rod recommendations, and Kaveman's got a lot of fans for his micro jig rods. |
