I'm getting wayyyyy ahead of myself....but I'm heading down to the canals for the first time and IF I manage to pull a couple of salmon out (ill be releasing all trout) I'd like to do the best by them and have them smoked and then sent to me where I live in convenient sized portions on ice! Alternatively, as I'll prob be driving to CHCH, some sort of arrangement where it can last that and a flight back to jafatown.

I have it done with Kingies up north and just wondering if there is anyone down that way that does that sort of thing?

....Now that I have that sorted I can try and figure out how to catch one...
