I must of have been living under a rock, but there's a Rahui been imposed on Tryphena and BB because of a non-native seaweed.
In place until nov 30. Gonna need a permit to Anchor there and get out of areas. No fishing, shellfish etc.

The weed has to be from illegal ballast water dumping,where else is it we dont know about yet??

Excuse my ignorance, how is it you cannot take fish or shellfish if for eating?
Clean/process them at home and dispose of the waste on land, not back in the ocean.
I understand the anchoring et al.
