Looking at getting one of these off marine deals this week, have an 8000 stradic on jigstar 250 already. Wondering whether the sustain would be suitable for the rod or is the 10000
size a bit too big? Or is just the spool bigger as in some shimano models?

I think the 10000 Sustain would be a great size on that rod and a pretty good ratio for jigging.
I read the 10000 is the same body as the 6000 just with a bigger spool.
I checked them out at marine deals yesterday and they said they only had a few left, better hurry!

Yea heard about the 6000 body too. Marine deals did inspire me but have also heard that sustains are coming down in price too.
