Just wondering if any body has put the larger sebile stick shad to work on large fish...
I have confidence in the smaller lures on light gear but not sure about the big ones without a through wire from line to hook...will that Bit of glue an plastic hold?

Love the action of these lures and the price is hard to beat now...

Change the trebles & split rings mate before chasing Kings.

Yeah I've got Some 1/0 Mustards for the 114 stick shads and some 3/0's for the big ones ( have yet to order) Want to try fishing with the flat shad 77'sinking with one treble removed for snaps in the shallows...last lure I cleaned up with but was a nightmare on the kayak with two little trebles sticking in my lap or net while dealing to the fish.

Has any body used singles on em?

I've left the little split ring on em as I have none small enough to fit over the ring..are they really that bad? regardless I will pick some up next time I go to town.

I'm more concerned with the lure being crushed or the pin pulling out after being thrashed around... I know the little ones will be fine but if I use the larger stick shads and using 15kg drag on good fish is it going to end in tears.

Riders sports I believe retail them for $19.99  so I'm really hoping they pull through.
