Ok fullahs- heres one I swiped of an Auzzie the other day- it works bloody beaut.

Get some fish, flour, egg and a bag of salt'n'vinegar potato chips.

Dust the fish in flour, then drag through beaten egg, then put it into a plastic bag filled with crushed potato chips.
Throw it in the pan and fry it until its done- Goddammn its good!

Sounds good, tried it with corn flakes, not too bad. F.T.

If I catch a trout tomorrow I am going to cut it up in to chunks then coat it mashed potatoe -crumb and fry..it comes higly recomended. Other option is to just batter the trout like you would sea fish. supposed to be tops too...now the hard part...keeping the fish attached to my line long enough to land!!

I prefer to roll my fish in egg yolk and then coat it in Paris Hilton before nibbling. Quite nice like that, when the wife is away and all.
