New to stickbaiting, but with Shimano Ocea at 2 for $50 I thought would get some for the wife's Christmas pressie  . Any suggestions on best choice of colours etc? Mostly I will be fishing around Auckland, the buoys, inner Gulf etc. I'm sure everything has its day, but also some more consistent than others

Anyone had much luck with the Oceas? Yep, we used them up north and east cape last year. Purple was the best colour by a long way at both locations, Cheers Mick w

OK, sounds like i need half a dozen  . Bit like SPs and slow jigs then: every size, every colour, buy 3 of each of the favourites.....
