I would rig them with a double hook rig, 3/0 on to top of jig(same as
on long jigs). You could possibly run another set of double hooks of the
bottom of the jig but you would need to use slow jerk to not foul any
of the hooks on the leader. Use hook set as in pic below  ------------- www.kavemantackle.co.nz

Yes that's what I would suggest as well, I've found to catch snapper on this style of jig - basically the same technique as same a slow jig, double hook off the top (by the eyes), no hooks at other end. |
