Can anybody tell me how long the cold smoked and vacuun packed fish lasts in the fridge, once opened?
Does the smoking company put a due by date on the packaging?
Also. Can you freeze vacuum packed fish and how long for, without it losing its quality. I know that its best consumed ASAP once received/opened.
cheers Eric
