Gurnard aye, I'll wait for some else to claim it. it will give me a goal to aim for.

Posted By: smudge
Date Posted: 24 Apr 2005 at 9:10pm

Wefaknis, I have had a few of just under a kilo but I am not going to weigh one in til I can get over that weight. Trouble is that Naki character is likely to score a big fat west coast one...

Grounded, that trevally is looking pretty dangerous

The John Dory pin looks pretty achievable too for those that get out in the gulf.

Leave that dory pin alone. Got to agree Smudge, not a biggy, just what we caught that day. At least it was targeted. The one Si had from Tiri channel looked a better fish. F.T.

Hehehe yeah F.T. I was thinking that when he posted the pic.

The club I belong to hasnt had a Land Based Kahawai weighed in yet and I caught a nice fat one the other night that I wanted to weigh in. Trouble is I couldnt get hold of the Weighmaster that day so I ate it...

Smudge, how dangerous can Trevally get I wonder?

I just wanna go fishing. I might go chuck a line off the wharf today, just to remind myself of how to do it.

You never know, i might nab that Grunter pin from under your nose!

Well, the Trev and Kahawai are looking very shakey!

How do we go about submitting our own catches? What 'form' does it have to be on?
