My brother is looking at getting one of these and I'm obviously curious why no one on here has mentioned anything about them since the TW model has a large well in the stern.  Is it because they are reasonably snug in the cockpit area for average size guyz n girls???  Or are they not as stable as some of the retailers would have us to believe???

Look forward to hearing any views that the listeners may have..... <SCRIPT language=javascript>postamble();

I have 2 Scupper pros - they are great to fish from and are stable.  I am 6ft and 70Kg.  My brother 100kg enjoys using them as well.  Have fished at Matai Bay, Whitanga and around Auckland.

Looks like they go alright in a bit of surf too:

<SCRIPT language=javascript>postamble(); Thanks Guys - well I'll definately have to try one out in the water then - I've sat in one in the shop and thought it felt a bit narrow in the seat for me - but I'll give it a proper go.

You're very good at using Photoshop Dreadeye - an intersting image though ;-)

My bro has 2 of them, annd I have used them to get to the cavallis for a bit of a spearfish a couple of times.  I thought they were great. Not as stable as the wider model (scrambler?) but faster to get where you want.

WATERBOY,

If you find the Scupper Pro's cockpit too small, then check out the OK Prowler which is essentially an updated version of same, and optimised for fishing.
