hey guys I'm thinking about buying some gear to make some hard plastic lures , i want to make some for my self and some to sell for a bit of extra cash.

but what i want to know is there a market for them in new Zealand and will they stand up to NZ king fish. i ask this because all the videos on you tube are in the USA and they all seem to be targeting bass.

this is a clip of the kind of lures i would like to make http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FOpUy4GJJ8U - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FOpUy4GJJ8U

i would also like to make bibbed lures as well.

cheers kadin

the only thing that you may need to consider is weight, if the wooden lure weighs x grams, and the moulded lure weighs more or less it could affect the action.
