Hi all, just wondering if anyone has some cracker recipes for duck breasts? I usually bone the mallards  breasts out leaving the skin on and roast any grey ducks cuz I personally rekin they are a lot nicer roasted than mallards. Any ideas for breast recipes appreciated!!!

Duno if ya heard of this one, i did it for my daughter and missus the other day cause they dont like game meat and it got scoffed, i did paradise and drake mallard ducks if i were to choose between the two i prefered the parrie meat!!

DUCK BITES

ingredients-
: 4-6 duck breast
: A1 steak sauce
: flour
: salt and pepper
: oil
DIRECTIONS- PREP 30 MINUTES
Soak breast in salt water for 15-20 minutes, remove from salt water and cut into bit size pieces>
Pour steak sauce into small bowl and dip meat into the sauce and coat evenly, roll in flour!!
Heat a little oil on a barbecue plate or frying pan, add duck pieces and fry untill golden brown.
Drain on paper towels!!

My daughter loves them, would go down well with a few beers and a bbq on the boat i reckon!!
