Anyone have a recommended fishing charter for this time of
year in Rarotonga?

A google search found :-

Akura charters

Seafari

Capt. Mokos

Reel Time

Of course they all claim to be the best .... therefore would value
the advice from anyone that has experienced a trip out there.

Cheers

The Skipper of Marlin Queen (Junior) has family next to us at the Coromandel. Bloody nice guy. I don't think you have to log into Facebook to get this page:

Akura would be one of the most consistent and respected boats up there, but depends what sort of fishing you want to do. They're great if you just want to troll around the FADs- you could almost guarantee a few Yellowfin and Mahimahi etc. but if you want to do some jigging and popping maybe look at someone else

Wayne on Reel Time is good. Cost $140 per person for 6 hours a couple of years back. He uses fairly heavy gear though, but I guess he does not like getting busted off by Wahoo.
