Just got an E-mail from MC works Japan. Japanese angler landed a Marlin on the stick bait rod in Japanese sea on a charter boat. Rod model- SEVEN MILES 868HR 100KG OVER TUNA LIMITED.

Epic. I was casting a stickbait around when we got our big stripey last year. Managed one in Cabo on a baby runboh but hook and hands on tiny fish don't count. I'm too scared to get my carpenter lures wet!

mate were you casting around bait schools or blind throwing and wgat baits were you using.
