Planning to head out to Anchorite from HMB on a Figlass warrior with 175 opti.
A couple of questions:
Providing the weather does whats predicted-10knts Sunday.

How long would it be estimated in travel times at a "comfortable pace"

Gas estimate ?...were taking close to full ,150 L ...assuming 1 litre per mile.

Not too sure of the optis gas consumtion as its new :)

Any tips appreciated

Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn.

from HMB its about 56k, if you have the gauges that come with an Optimac it will tell you how far you can travel at any given speed which is fantastic....
i would say at about 4000revs you will have plenty of gas to go and return...
check the outer lying rises around the main brick these can produce some bigger fish at this time of year...
