Hi Guys

Does any one tie their own glow in the dark flies? What lumo materials do you use and where do you get them? I have been looking online and in a few shops and can't find any.

And while we are on Lumo flies, What patterns work for you.

Thanks

Aurora skirt works pretty damn well. You can get that in most shops. It's a kilwell version that I use.

But... If someone is clever enough to get their hands on lunabrite (http://www.lunabrite.com/lunabrite.php) and convert it into a fly tying product...well...it'd eat aurora skirt for breakfast. Dunno how many of you guys have had a play with this stuff, it's only been in the country for bugger all, but it is quite simply phenomenal.

BCS Enterprises imports lots of Japanese lumo products - Lumo Flash is a translucent lumo sheet which you can easily cut to shape/size.  Luminous crystal flash in Pearl, Green, Pink.  Soft luminous beads down to around 2mm dia. Some Luminous "plaster" which is set off by UV.  Heaps of luminous 3D self adhesive eyes - 3 sizes.
