Hi; I have been playing around with Roy Christies Reverse Parachute Flies and this is the result of my efforts. A bit overdressed but I guess they will pull a fish oe two.  I like the idea of no hackle post. Makes it a STEALTH Parachute. Jax

Very nice looking tie. How does the hackle stay in place without a post?

I've tied a couple of similar patterns. Not Roy's version exactly, but similar concept. They're from another post i did not too long ago, but i figure may as well repost them.

They're klinkhammer style emerger patterns. The whole reverse pattern thing is cool. Haven't tried fishing them yet though.

The Badger.  You have a PM.

Very nice Klinks. I am sure they will fetch a fish or two.

Have Fun.  Jax

Great tying Jack, i am certain that they would produce
fish here in Scandinavia also. I have fished with a bunch i
got from Roy when we tied at the Stockholm fair together
and they have been slayers.

Thanks P.A.  Roy sure has a way of thinking outside the square that produces Great results.

His R.P. which I like to call a STEALTH fly serves me well especially with the Wary Browns who follow a fly downstream a long way before making a decision. Can't wait to get out on the Streams Again.  Jax
