Brad takes credit for the cooking....roll the loin in spices....eg mixed herb, parsley, brown sugar, salt n pepper, sweet chilli sauce and straight in to a hot pan for a couple of minutes .....just melts in your mouth.

for those out there that cant stomach sashimi'd kingi this is a MUST try.....takes the edge off beautifully

Nice one Edan, that harbour is fantastic. When I was a youngster thats where I caught my first Kingfish off the wharf. Back then the Kingfish fishing off the wharf could be spectacular. Spent many days there...that sushi rear Kingfish looks the go mate, will give it a try.

I like these sorts of reports that show the culinary delights we enjoy after the fishing (which is all part of the package).

Great report Brown!

Awesome Edan, man I love that part of the country, great fish mate, thats what I call fishing Clap
and the food has given me a great idea for our customers, what Brad created with that Kingi looks mint, I must try it as well. Toni from Yeehaa is also a talent in the kitchen some of the fish he has prepared while visiting us is absolutely top shelf, presentation and taste second to none
