| This one is great to do at the beach. Get any large meaty fish and gut it. Place inside the opening slices of Fennel and lemon and garlic. Season well. Rub the outside with butter. Wrap the whole fish in newspaper (Lots of it). Place the fish and newspaper in water until the whole thing is really wet. Place on a really hot BBQ and leave for about 30 minutes. Keeping your eye on it so make sure it doesnt burn too rapidly. After 30 mins throw water on it. Unwrap and serve. Lovely!! |
