Last weekend going over the mangawhai bar i poped the windscreen out of its frame. thank god it is not cracked but I am hesitant to try to put it back in ( I might crack it) any suggestions on where close to Mangawhai I can get it repared?

what type is it??, have done my screens a couple of times they are not that hard to do mate, just take your time, they are just like lego they fit together pretty simply.

be carefull not to put any pressure on the edge of the glass this is where it's weakest and likely to shatter.

hmmm.. do you know did you pop it out by leaning against it from inside? or did a wave hit it? or did the boat flex & pop it out? or was it not in the frame properly or frame loose? just interested what causes this so maybe can check my own from time to time. cheers & good luck.
I only know of Taylor made who have a good reputation for this kind of stuff but not up your way sorry.

it was from the pressure from a big ass wave from the outside   the boat is a buccaneer 550 classic.

We had a 635 Billfisher and the windscreen used to pop out all the time. When I took the top cover off, found one of the rivets had broken.

more then wet ,   drenched   did get ito some decent snapper around the corner out of the swell
