I no longer identify as Smudge. From now on please refer to my pronoun Grandpappi.

I am now a proud grandad to MacKenzie Mo Parker. Arron is now a daddy. We're both very proud, very much looking forward to meeting the young fulla.

Signing off, Grandpappi Smudge

Congrats and enjoy.

Mine are now 9 and 11 and fishing with them is a full time deckie operation. We've done shore and boat trips and they have never failed to get something plus the fish are getting bigger each time - last trip included a 47cm snapper. I keep telling them this is not the normal and they just smile and say "yes, Popsie".

The downside (if you can call it that) is that I don't fish anymore, just bait up and dehook fish. Their next learning ..... :)

And one day they will say 'Nah - I can bait my own hooks thanks'.

Definitively a late starter there smudge as I'm 3 years your junior and have 3. The oldest is 11 and mad keen fisho. I guess he has to be with his poppa and dad the same.
