| Hi a quick question moving from tassie back to Nz and thinking about being my 33 foot Seaswirl back with me. It’s 3.4 wide on a 2.5 m wide trailer with air truck brakes rated to 7.5 t.If I was to tow this in Nz with a truck what are the regulations? |

Paul with rigs as large as this arent you also restricted to what hours of the day you are able to be on the road and also ned a permit.

Certainly are,as per the article, n any city area, an over-dimension vehicle/trailer must not travel: Between 7am-9am or 4pm-6pm, Monday to Friday Between 10am-1pm or 4pm-7pm on Saturday or Sunday. Or at any times of unusually high traffic volumes. Cost of importing,even though personnel item,would of thought uneconomical to bring + tow vehicle cost of purchase in nz.
