Hi -- If you are looking for SST maps for the coming season, you might want to check out my Fishing Maps. I am a fisheries oceanographer with 35 years experience working on plankton, baitfish, acoustics, remote sensing, and spatial pattern of the ocean.

Check out the fishing Maps website (www.fishingmaps.info) and the webstore (https://fishingmaps.company.site/New-Zealand-c149280754).

One of the biggest challenges for game fishers is how to interpret the SST. I'm willing to help with that. Fishing Maps the only place where you will find a free library of videos explaining how to interpret the Fishing Maps (https://www.youtube.com/@FishingMaps/playlists). When you subscribe you get access to additional videos that go into even more detail (https://vimeo.com/874473717?share=copy).

There's a lot of oceanography behind these maps, and I offer you expert interpretation through the video guides.

Looks great.if you went one step further and offered gps marks for likely spots in different areas you would probably get alot more interest.Obviously an appropriate charge for the xtra service would apply.

Yes, I know of companies in the U.S., like Roffs, that offer that kind of service, but they have teams of people. Providing coordinates would not be feasible for me, just because of the time involved.

It's not difficult to learn to use the maps by following my videos, and then you can get your own coordinates off the navigation map.

In case anyone might think I'm JAFA, I do have maps for the South Island of New Zealand, and would be happy to create more. It's just that I don't currently have any South Island subscribers. So if you want maps for Greymouth or Fiordland, or Kaikoura, just take out a subscription and let me know your preferred area, and I'll make the maps for you.
