Hi all,

Was looking at taking a walk round red rocks way to fish of the beach. ideas on spots? gear?

This is just from a spearo's perspective, so your mileage may vary. I think there is a good chance for catching moki from the beach after southerlies, Just be aware of the reserve and the first bay before the massive slip has a freshwater spring right in the middle, so there isn't a lot of life. Before and past the gate is a honking current and lots of boulders, probably not worth it casting over. Long stretches of beach is where it's at, most fishos I see there travel a fair bit with an atv or 4wd

Went down.

There seems to be a number fishing at the end of the first bay after the main gates/car park.
On the edge of the reserve.
There might be gut there running out?

Any intel in fishing off the rocks between bays?
