caught a slimy yesterday and decided to add only salt and my trusty charcoal hibachi. Nothing else - and it was delicious. The smell triggered quite some childhood memories…

Nice, I'm always a fan of trying 'different' fish but I don't ever recall trying a slimy mac, although I may have smoked one years ago  just don't remember 100%.
