I have ended up with a bit of bluenose roe, an ice cream container full approx.1-2kg.

I am keen to gear of any good recipes for utilising this roe

Lightly smoked and made into a pate.

Pass it through a sieve before making the pate to get rid of the membranous part surrounding the roe.

Serve with cream cheese and cucumber slices.

It's rich but soooooo moreish!
