It's a been a long time since I've changed my profile photo and I can't figure out how to now. I've logged in and clicked on my profile, but I can't see anywhere that allows me to change my profile photo.

Go to "Member panel"
Click "edit profile"
About halfway down the page there will be an option to change avatar .
