Hey there, new here.

Would anyone know a good location to find octopus around Auckland? Trying to use baited crab pots to lure them in  and bringing them up every half hour. Just been down Tamaki drive off the rocks where iv seen one before but no luck.

Guys dive for them around boat moorings in my part of the world.
Personally I've never targeted them, they give me the willys.

They used to be common.. now only pulled them up top Ruth Channel and reefs around the islands.
