For some dumb reason I keep buying cheap spinning reels  https://under-the-open-sky.com/best-saltwater-spinning-reels/" rel="nofollow - https://under-the-open-sky.com/best-saltwater-spinning-reels/  and keep freezing up from the saltwater even after washing off with freshwater. Time to spend some money on a good one. Need suggestions! Will be using it for trout and redfish in the bay.

Depends on the type of fish you are targeting, the amount of line you want on it, and the amount of drag pressure. Any of the top end reels from big brands like Shimano,Daiwa, Accurate are pretty good. For trout and anything up to a decent snapper, I would go for a 2500 sized reel. Since you're asking for 'The Best', I would look at the likes of the new Daiwa Exist and the Shimano Stella.

or if you don't want to blow the budget but still get a cracking good reel go for a Penn roxani or shimano stradic

That post looks a bit odd - first post, location "Wellington" but talking about trout and redfish in the bay (American terms for fish in the Florida area).
Are you phishing or fishing?
