Stopover in Vancouver en route to UK.  Trip with Langs (https://langsfishingadventures.com/).  Options included salmon, sturgeon and halibut etc.  I went for the sturgeon.

Highly recommend: a bit slow to begin as fishing is smetimes, but the guide worked hard and I caught 2, the biggest this 7 foot 200 lb monster. Incredible fish. Nice boat and rig, great day out
