We recently sent one of our Pro model SICO Vacuum Sealers up to a Guy in Niue who runs a charter operation called Sea Turtle Charters.
I have actually been fishing with Ian who runs Sea Turtle Charters and it's a pretty good operation. We caught plenty of fish.
He is now smoking and vacuum packing the catch. This is mainly to supply the local market but if you wanted to bring some fish home with you vacuum packing is the way to go, I think he could be persuaded to vacuum pack some Tuna loins or Mahimahi fillets for you. Fire these into a cheap polystyrene box with some salt ice and they will make it back to NZ no problem at all. Her are some pics he sent me a couple of days after receiving the machine.
