Hi guys.. I've been lucky enough to get offered a spot on a trip to White towards the end of November. Most of my jigging to date has been from kayak so lighter set ups.

Did a trip to 3 Kings a few years back and had some fun.

Currently have a Talica 8 on an anarchy, feel like it will struggle stopping any freight trains so looking for recommendations for dealing with big bruts. Would love something in the accurate/jigging master range from reading this forum but will struggle to afford that at this stage. Wondering if any of the maxel reels are up to the challenge or any other options. Rod advice too if anyone has any ideas.... cheers

Poseidon 500 would suit and Jigstar rod to match would be under $1000 loaded with braid. PM me if interested in Poseidon reels
