interesting ... 15 years 'experience' (I use that term loosely as experience should bring knowledge and understanding) and the quote from the MPI interview is ... "It's a hard one, you know? Because it's the law that we have to use them but in my experience the last six years I've had nothing but f...... trouble with the things,"
no its not a freeking hard one,
 
wonder how many more times over the 15years he has neglected to use legal methods in the other fisheries he was involved with especially if he blatantly didn't use the seabird mitigation measures even after an observer told him to
