got tickets to the rugby tonight and will be heading up this afternoon.  I don't know the Eden Park area that well.  Where is the best place to park without having to go into the city and catch trains/buses etc? Any thoughts appreciated.

I took the easy option Sky Sports, no Auckland traffic to deal with and no parking problems.
Good game both teams played well, as usual the last 20 mins is where the ABs come into there own.

Sorted parking and walked a couple k's. Great atmosphere. Typical first up game with the AB's good in patches. I did think the English dominated both games in this part of the world last night but only played in one.

Still a world class team, even after some of the big names have left. I suspect next weekend will have a much bigger winning margin, AB's of course.

The ABs can only improve, as said they are always a bit rusty during first up games.
Going to be hard going for the Chiefs.

So it transpired, was hard going for the Welsh and the Chiefs sure know how to make the most of scraps of ball.

The Welsh second string were not that flash.

Cheers

well played by the Chiefs, and great to see they guys who don't see as much game time as others taking their chance. It also shows they have some depth which could be crucial at the business end of the Super season.  So what about the Beaver, outstanding from a guy who has great desire and a huge heart.  Can't help comparing him to a horse I watch in the winter called Little Alfie Brown.  Honest, steady and runs at least one blinder each winter - usually at really attractive odds.
