There are a lot of small kings in the harbour but I think the bigger ones are being caught around Puponga Pt through to Whatipu.

So me and some lads went out today just past Cornwallis I just say I have never experienced such a fast and hard current I've known that the manukau has a very strong current but today was unbelievable is that normal and if so what's the normal setup for that strong current?

Thats normal for the mighty manukau. Lot of water empties out of the small entrance. Try fishing slack tide.
