you would expect the sort of precision playing with the KIWIs we get from the All Blacks, the first match against England started with a hiss and a roar by the Kiwis then turned to absolute pathetic playing, it seams they have this habit about falling off a cliff if its not going their way, no wonder SBW got out of League, the attitude is all wrong, the skills are there but when the going gets tough the wheels fall off, they need reminding they are there to play as a team not individuals, support your fellow players with more heart, they lack something the All Backs have and they need to find it in a hurry, if they want the attention of the NZ public...
England have beaten the Kiwis 26-12 in the first match of their three-test series

without Johnson we are seriously lacking in the halves department lolohea is not of the same calibre as any other current NRL number seven. A team without direction and good fifth tackle options is always gonna lose in the thirteen man code. SBW left for reasons other than attitude I think the roosters did alright actually premiers in 2013 and minor premiers in 2014. Comparing the kiwis to the all blacks is a bit rough.... still rather watch the league than penalty kicks yellow cards and the mess that is a ruck, maul or scrum but hey each to their own.

thought without johnson we had a very strong team.

Still hold number 1 in the world though according to the international federation site as of this point.

payed millions of dollars to play and produce only crap performances,
what is it Ive done my bit now you do yours, "attitude"
hard to understand how they cant get up to speed,
i am sick of this team, some great players, they just seam to loose control...
not Worriers anymore just dead beats who cant get it together.

Brisbane are a top side, if not the best in the comp. They would have cleaned up most sides by plenty more on the weekend. warriors showed definate improvement over previous week, as a long suffering supporter i can give them a couple more weeks of losses but only if they are getting closer.. Not sure how long Mcfaddens got if too many more losses in this run tho. Clearys waiting in the wings by the looks.

What really worries me, is what are they going to do to fix the club. No one seems to know the answer. I'm a member of the club and I'm pretty sick and tired of spending all my loose pennies on season tickets and then going along to drink warm piss and eating cold pies and watching the boys lose. I can handle losing, if the boys give it 100% but to be honest I can't remember the last time they did. I may flag the season tickets next year😢 And just spend the money on more fishing gear instead.

It's okay, NZRL are "going to get David Kidwell all the support he needs" according to the CEO on the news today, following that hiding. What? Shows what a blunder it was to appoint a rookie to the national side, somebody who's not even been a head coach before. Sadly, Frank Endacott was on the radio last week saying it had to be a Kiwi in charge. Why?
It was enlightening to listen to Radio Sport interview the NZ Herald journo who's been covering the tournament over there this morning. He said Kidwell was playing stupid mind games with the journos all week, particularly around the team naming. Put the captain and other players in an awkward position. And he also said the players were more interested in taking selfies of themselves at Anfield at the captains run (ditto Kidwell in the centre circle), hardly went through any kind of meaningful preparation. Lack of focus, lack of professionalism, lack of match strategy - lack of smarts - from the coach down. Bromwich is a great prop in the Storm side, but nobody's idea of a captain. Why is stand off a continual problem for the Kiwis? Has been for about 30 years, and without Foran we're back in that position. A second rower as 6 is crazy, unless he's a Bird type player. Apart from the Maroons spine, that is not a great Roo side, but they were way too professional for the Kiwis. The boys do a great haka, though!!
