Cant imagine anyone on here would have anything bad to say against Jig star mate. Im sure anything that wears the jigstar brand will be good quality gear or the master Himself Chris Wong would not put it on the market

Agreed, Chris has been doing it a long time and knows more about what makes a good jig rod than almost everybody.

Haven't used the new Ninja ones but I've got an older 120gm rod, its an awesome rod.
Seen plenty of videos of the rods slaying fish at Three Kings/Ranfurly and they look the business.

you could always check Jigstar International on facebook. Alot of shots of of their rods being bent in the field, and good examples of the type of field testing Chris undertakes.Quality gear.

Ive got a couple of ninjas in ML and MH. Good rods with a great action. We pair em with stellas and they get well thrashed under some pretty heavy drag with no dramas...... Plus Chris Wong is a top man to deal with if you ever run into any issues.

Went to the Ranfuly last week with a Ninja MH....absolute beast. Works 400g jigs with ease and handled everything we could throw at it. Pics on Jigstar International Facebook page.
