Man ............ Whatever happens in Wales tomorrow morning is purely academic.

Of course we would like a win to round out his 100 test captain games but his test record is quite likely to be unbeaten in our lifetime.

Tomorrow will be 137 Test caps for the man with 100 of those as the AB's captain, the man is a legend and still in there doing the best #7 job in world rugby, amazing when you consider he will be 34 years of age on New Years eve.

136 Tests
120 Wins
14 Draws
2 Losses.

Waren Gatland will finally get his shot at McCaw tomorrow, last test of the year an' all.

Go the AB's - show them how to play the game in their own back yard again.

Probably the best All Black ever.........but i hate the way the jealous types try to put him down around the world....just because he plays on the edge......especially the pommy press calling him a cheat.
A class act for sure but then the All Blacks are the role models for  professionalism as well...Love watching them play.Wink

The pommy press should wash their mouths out with bleach.......... their forward pack are world champs at slowing the ball down in the rucks.

think Carter might be the water boy from now on,
he needs a confident boost before he is going to play big games again...

Agree 100% - a huge influence in the All Blacks success of recent years.

Still had to chuckle when a SA colleague posted this on FB

The caption read 'A rare picture of Ritchie McCaw - through the gate & on his feet'

Not a fan, involved in too many WC losses and nearly lost the last one.

Looks good on paper.

Unpopular, so be it.
