Can anybody recommend stickbaits for the Backbone topwater rod? I'm limited to the cheaper $30-60 lures, ie ocea, orca, starwalkers etc.
I did have a couple of oceas 180mm baits, but have temporarily miss placed, so haven't been able to have a go with these yet. Can get around 40mtrs and a good walk the dog with the small rapala stick bait and if i concentrate i can get the small daiwa lures to swim. But as i only have 35-50grm lures, just want to know what lures i should look at getting for the coming summer.
