See these are rated at 30 - 50 pound.........A dood from an aussie shop said that was 30 to 50 pound braid but i saw some guys fishing with 80 pound braid with keeza on you tube..........
so what is it? 30-50 pound mono(80 pound braid) or 30-50 pound braid? because thats quite a difference.......what is the max drag rating for them? isnt stated anywhere.
Anybody know for sure?ThanksWink

Did you consider that the rod might well be rated 30-50...... But they guys you mention choose to run 80lb braid, yet fish it like 50lb?
The max drag rating is not something I think you will find written  on any factory produced rod.

I have a PE 3 rod that with a 4500 size reel and use 2 spools. 1 @ PE3 1@ PE5, Depending on where and what I am fishing too.

The ratings are guideline from the manufactures, not commandments written on stone and shared by Moses
