Warriors are a huge let down every year. Their attitude stinks considering how well paid they are.

I couldn't see any positives. Forwards were outplayed by a less experienced pack and our outside backs still can't defend. The Warriors changing room at half time looked like a public service team building meeting. The Eels dressing room had players talking to each other with there arms around each other. They looked like they believed they would win.

warriors need a coach who can cane them when they are lazy and under performing. sick of these so called "true" fans saying people who criticise arent fans. real fans expect better. why the hell wasnt akland offered whatever he wanted for the big role? instead they let him walk and mr magoo stays on.

My understanding is that John Ackland was out of favour with the way things were run , especially the under 20's, promoting them to NSW Cup. He certainly has a great record with the under 20's and was a very canny player himself in the days when club football was years ahead of where it is now.
The thinking seems to be that to be an NRL coach, you must have already been one. I can see some merit in this but I am starting to think Matt Elliot is a lemon.
Getting the best out of these players is a man management issue and the excuses are not there this year. I doubt Craig Bellamy , Geoff Toovey, Des Hasler or Trent Robinson would have responded so meekly after two dismal performances.

disappointing performance again. theres a difference between trying hard and losing and just looking like crap. real embarrassing

i was a club member for 3 years and went to AU when we went to the last GF, that was a great year. ill never forget over half the crowd doing the haka. since then though, dropping cleary, it's been a sad sad run.

btw when elliot joined us his NRL win rate was 44% so cant expect too much.
