theres a place up in pt chev that sells all the stuff needed for longlines or netting. can't remember the name at the moment, anyone else know? but that lumo tubing will be at any tackleshop.

Where are they CJ? I maybe heading that way next week ...any ideas on how long to make the traces 1mtr?

i think 1m is too long, maybe 60cm? are your traces running along the backbone or fixed? and also depends on the size of your trace rack or are you storing them another way? long traces might be a hassle due to tangles when storing or around the backbone. 

the shop is up near the end of pt chev road. they sell lots of longline stuff on trademe as well.
